Youth Fun & Fit
Ages 9 - 12
45 minutes
Tue. & Thur. 5:10–5:55pm
Fitness fun for youth ages 9-12.
Traditional exercises, games and music get your child moving
toward a healthier lifestyle. Stability balls, weights, tubing and steps,
as well as toys your child may already have at home, may be used. Come dressed to move; sneakers, non-restrictive clothing and a water bottle are a must.

Youth Fitness Class
Ages 10 - 12*

Mon. 4:00-5:00pm
Wed.. 5:00–6:00pm
Sat. 11:00 am–12:00pm
Class includes strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training.
Participants can enroll in a combination of any one of the following
class days and times, but are limited to a minimum of one day
per week and maximum of two days per week.

*Youth ages 10 – 12 must be enrolled in the Youth Fitness Program
 to use the Fitness Center.
 

YOUTH FITNESS CLASS

Youth Cycle
Ages 9 - 12

Thu. 5:10–5:55pm
Indoor stationary cycle program will teach youth ages 9-12, who are at least 54” tall, the basics of indoor cycling. Come join a fun-filled class and learn how to use a cycle properly while burning some extra energy. Must bring a towel and water bottle.

Teen Weight Lifting
Ages 13 - 17
Thur. 2:30-4pm
Learn the fundamentals of weight training including proper technique, spotting and the correct exercises for you. Bob DeRisi is a certified personal trainer and world and national power lifting champion.
Space is limited.

Karate - Spiritual Wellness / Balancing Life

Teen Group Fitness at The Wellness Center

Ages 12-16
Tues. & Thur. 5:10-5:55 pm
Teaches female teens techniques to prepare them for an adult Group Fitness Class. This class will include easy to follow movements to improve strength and stamina. Teens will learn a variety of aerobic workouts such as step, kickboxing, and interval training. Join us for this fun and energetic class!
