Credit/Refund Policy
Membership, camp and children fees are not refundable. Program fees will be credited/refunded if the YMCA cancels a program. If you wish to withdraw from a program, the following will apply:
- All refund requests must be in writing.
- If you notify the YMCA before the class begins, a 100% credit/refund less a $10 service charge will be issued.
- If you notify the YMCA during the first week of a program, a 75% credit/refund will be issued.
- If you notify the YMCA during the second week of a program, a 50% credit/refund will be issued.
- Credits/refunds will not be issued for missed classes.
- Refunds will only be issued for amounts of $25 or more.
- All refunds take two weeks.
E-Z Pay Monthly Payment Plans
Electronic bank draft or credit card draft provides you with continuous membership privileges with no additional fees. To participate:
- Complete the authorization form.
- Pay the member joiner fee.
- Pay one month plus the pro-rated portion of the current month along with the one-time joiner fee.
- Submit a voided check. (for bank draft)
- Include your optional contribution of $3, $5, or $10 to the Strong Kids Campaign help a child come to the YMCA.
Each month, stated fees are automatically deducted from your account or credit card. The YMCA does not have access to your account. With your authorization, the bank transfers the monthly dues from your account to the YMCA. To cancel, 30-days written notice is required and you must turn in your membership card.
Annual Payment Plan – Cash, Check, Master Card, or VISA accepted
Financial Assistance – It is the policy of the Lower Bucks Family YMCA that no one be turned away based on inability to pay. Ask for an application at Membership Services Desk.
All member have the right to be provided services at the YMCA and to be referred for services of other agencies without regard to race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin, sex or age.
EVERYONE DESERVES A YMCA
