Tue. 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Basic class for those who always wanted to try a triathlon but never had the courage to try. The class will be broken into three areas. It will start with a 30 minute cycling session in the spinning room with an instructor, the group will than go for a 30 minute run outside, and the course will finish for a 30 minute session of coaching and drill work in the pool. Must particioate in all three areas.
