1 hour - Get it all in one class. 20 minutes of floor/step aerobics, 20 minutes of toning and 20 minutes of stretching make this class a great part of your fitness regimen.

1 hour - Increase core stabilization, strength, flexibility and balance using controlled breathing and mindful movement.
Power Hour
This barbell program strengthens all your major muscle in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. 1 hour - Includes abdominal work and toning
Step
45 minutes - Cardiovascular exercise done on a step platform.
XYZ—Xtra Years of Zest
1 hour - Moderate paced, low impact workout emphasizing strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Suitable for active older adults.
Awesome Abs
20 Minutes - In 20 minutes, you challenge the core muscles of your abs and back in this intense and dynamic workout.
Women’s Self Defense
Women of all ages are invited to learn Self Defense. The class is hands-on, Self Defense Technique workshop that gives women an opportunity to develop physical & mental skills that may be used in everyday life.
Hi/Lo
45 Minutes - Cardiovascular conditioning alternating between periods of high and low intensity moves on the floor. Hi/Lo is great way to condition the heart and add interest to your routine.
Cycling
50 minutes - Take a ride to music simulating an outdoor ride on a Schwinn Cycle. Must bring a towel and a water bottle to class. The first class includes 15-minute cycling orientation.
Get on the Ball
45 minutes- A full body strength workout that will target the core muscles as well as smaller stabilizer muscles. The ball will encourage correct form to maintain balance.
Butts & Guts
30 minutes - Focused toning of abs and glutes with an aerobic warm-up and deep stretching to end the class.
Kickboxing
45 minutes - Aerobic conditioning with a punch. Kick your regime up a notch and see. May use kicking bags and jump ropes.
Sweat & Chisel
45 minutes - A workout consisting of muscle toning exercises for the entire body. Weights, body bars, exertubes, exerbands, and stability balls are used in this class.
Step Interval
1 hour - This class offers a well rounded mix of step and strength exercises. You’ll get the best of both worlds with the awesome workout.
Yoga
1 hour - Enhance relaxation, reduce stress, develop flexibility, increase strength and tone your body! Make yoga a part of your life!
