Aquacize in Moderation
(Aqua Mod) 45 minutes

Low to no impact water exercise class. Increases muscle tone and flexibility.
 

Aquacize
45 minutes

A vigorous water workout set to music with focus on aerobics and muscle toning. Increases muscle tone and flexibility.

Arthritis Aquatic Program
45 minutes

Endorsed by the National Arthritis Foundation, this class is designed to help reduce stiffness, pain and improve or maintain joint flexibility. Meets recommended water temperature of 84-88 degrees.

Maters' Swim Team
18 years & up

Sat. 7:00-8:15a
Learn to make your pool workouts more beneficial and motivating. Develop efficient swimming strokes and compete in masters competitions. The team meets for structured workouts once a week. Previous experience in not required.
