We believe in nurturing the potential of every child and teen, helping people live healthier lives, and supporting our neighbors to help build better lives and communities. 2012 Wellness Center Special! Pay only $99 for four months of membership!
Specifically designed to respond to the particular needs of women, The Wellness Center at the Y offers a healthy and energetic atmosphere for women-centered fitness, health, and well-being. Take a variety of group exercise classes, including Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Butts and Gutts, Step, and more. Receive personalized care from our coaches. Use our body sculpting and cardiovascular equipment. Be motivated through fitness assessments and weight loss challenges.
Camp Sign Up begins February 1
Choose from a variety of camps at our Fairless Hills, Tri Hampton (Holland and Bucks County Community College), and Morrisville locations: Traditional (Adventure and Jr. Adventure), Specialty (Ranch, Art, Fashion), Teen Camp, Challenge Camp (Special Education), Sports Camp, Arts-n-Crafts Camp, Dance, Cheerleading, and Combo Camp, and Special Events. NEW: Kids Fun Factory for ages 6 and up!
We welcome an exciting and innovative program which combines scheduled activities and a variety of opportunities for your child. Staff will provide homework assistance along with games, crafts, stories, gym time, educational activities, and play time on fun, interactive equipment (including Playstation II, WII, ping pong, and air hockey). The program runs on Wednesdays and Thursdays, beginning on Wednesday, January 25th. The program is held in Room A. Family members do not need to register. Please show staff your membership card. 8 Weeks to a Better You Fitness Motivation
Do you need that bit of extra motivation to help you reach your wellness goals? Then, sign up! This program is offered for FREE to anyone who has not already participated in the 8 Weeks to a Better You offering. To participate, enroll with any fitness center coach.

NEW! Y Fit Forum: Motivational Group
Get motivated by others in a supportive and nurturing environment. Meet biweekly with Nutritionist and Fitness Coach Kathy Keller and Triathlon Coach, Lisa Spohn, who will run these inspirational sessions. Speak about your fitness goals and challenges. Get nutrition and fitness advice. And, meet new friends! This program is offered for FREE to members and $3 per meet for non members. The program will meet every other Monday: at 9:30 am at The Wellness Center and 7pm at Fairless Hills. For more details link to the flyer!
NEW! Winter Meltdown
This program is offered at our Tri Hampton Branch (located within Chandler Hall in Newtown). Let your competitive spirit take over as you melt away the pounds. The kick off meeting will be held on January 30 at 7 pm. Teams are made up on 2-4 members. Winners will receive a cash prize. All participants will receive a free t-shirt, fitness log, weekly weigh-in, personal training routine and diet tips. Cost is $24 per person for the 12 week session. Strong Kids Campaign Kick Off Breakfast on Friday, February 10

The breakfast marks the start of the Strong Kids Campaign. The Strong Kids Campaign is an annual campaign to raise money to support children and families throughout the community to provide opportunities that they might not otherwise have, including childcare, day camp, and membership. Support provides the funds needed to make these programs available, providing the recreational, learning and life-enhancing experiences. The event will feature a breakfast, testimonials, recognition of our donors, and a keynote speech by Bill Ferrara, Superintendent of the Morrisville School District. 2nd Annual 3 vs 3 Basketball Tournament
Saturday, March 17, 2012
This event will be held in the Fairless Hills basketball gym. Divisions by Grades and Gender: 3rd/4th, 5/6th, 7/8th, 9/12th, 18-29 years, Over 30. 5 members per

Healthy Kids Day on April 28
Saturday, April 28 from 10 am to 1pm. Join us while we, along with other YMCAs across the nation, celebrate Healthy Kids Day! We hope to provide families with a FREE, fun-filled day of activities designed to promote healthy kids and families. Healthy Kids Day is the nation's largest health day, bringing children and families together and providing the education, activities and experiences that teach good health and foster connections through fitness, sports, fun, healthy habits and shared interests. As a result, youth and families achieve greater health and well-being for their spirit, mind and body. Also, stop by the Wellness Center to help us celebrate its 5 year anniversary!
